Mexican food is packed with flavour and that’s just what you can expect today. Pieter took a trip to Mexico and of course took a particular interest in regional dishes, cooking methods and ingredients. Today he will share this knowledge with you.

Carne con chilli made with cubed pork, slow cooked with guajillo chilli sauce
