A gentle, light-hearted hatha yoga class for beginners and more experienced yoga practitioners alike. We will spend the hour breathing and moving, with the aim of leaving feeling a little better and brighter than when we arrived!
No headstands included!
No mat required, just wear something comfy and bring some water.
Class starts promptly at 1pm on Fridays during term time. Please try to arrive a little before to allow yourself to settle in.
