Chef-Tutor Liza teaches two dishes from Vietnam today. Liza hails from Malaysia and has many years’ experience of creating dishes from across the far east, from Vietnam to Japan, Korea to Malaysia and China.
Today’s first dish is a Vietnamese beef noodle soup, pho bo. Liza will teach you about Vietnamese cuisine, and the ingredients and flavours that typify Vietnamese cooking.
For our second dish today we will look ahead to warm weather with Vietnamese prawn summer rolls. These light rice paper rolls are packed with shellfish, vermicelli noodles, carrots, cucumber and herbs. Delicious!
