Learn to make a range of Middle Eastern dishes with their fabulous, distinctive flavours. We will use lots of fresh herbs and you will prepare a feast including savoury dishes, bread and dessert.
We will make:
Beef and aubergine fatteh with pine nuts, pomegranate and coddled yoghurt and tahini topping.
Maneesh – Middle Eastern flatbread with olive oil and sesame seeds.
Tabouleh – herbed salad made with bulgar wheat, fresh herbs from our garden, mint, lemon and feta.
Knockout hummus with cumin.
