This is a six-week Italian cooking course incorporating a variety of dishes and skills.
Every Tuesday starting 7th May 6.30pm - 8pm.
You will create classic Italian dishes.
Week 1: Pasta from scratch. We shall make lasagne and tagliatelle
Week 2: Melanzane (aubergine) Parmigiana and panzanella salad
Week 3: Pasta Puttanesca and tear & share garlic bread
Week 4: Pea, asparagus Risotto; Tiramisu
Week 5: Pizza your own style e.g.traditional, calzone, spiral, stromboli
Week 6: Gnocchi & pesto
This course is suitable for all levels of cooking experience, from complete novice to experienced cook.
