We offer a regular Saturday morning baking session for young people aged from 8 upwards. (There’s no need to commit to every session, just book each class separately.)
This month we’re thinking ahead to Christmas and making a chocolate Yule log – leaving plenty of time to make another at home for the festivities! There will be lots of skills involved – making a chocolate Swiss roll, preparing the chocolate ganache and piping onto the rolled sponge. And what a lovely result to take home.
