In our popular bread making class you will knead, pummel and stretch your way to a perfect loaf. We shall use different flours and flavourings such as nuts, seeds, fresh herbs; and we will learn about using fresh and dried yeasts to make a variety of doughs.
At the end of the lesson you will leave the class with a bag of dough, skills for life and baked loaves.
You will make a selection of breads including:
Traditional white loaf
A lovely Italian focaccia
Challa bread – a traditional, enriched Jewish bread
